Scott has over 15 years of experience developing complex signal processing and software systems within the IC for companies such as Applied Signal Technology (AST), Atlantic Coast Telesys (ACT) and SAIC. He has Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering.
Jim has over 25 years of engineering and management experience with companies such as HRB Singer, TRW, SIGTEK, Atlantic Coast Telesys (ACT) and SAIC. He has Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering.
Dr. Robert holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a recognized expert in the field of Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems and initiated the OSSIE Open Source Software Communications Architecture (SCA) project. Dr. Robert is also founder and President of Artemis Communications, an SDR consulting firm.
